Refund Policy

1 Registration Fee - Non-Refundable

• The registration fee paid at enrollment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• This fee covers profile creation, verification, onboarding, RM assignment, and consultation.
• The registration fee is separate from the final service fee.

2 Final Service Fee - Conditions

• The final service fee becomes payable only after a successful match confirmation.
• 50% is payable at the time of engagement (Mangni).
• Remaining 50% is payable at least 2 days before the Nikah ceremony.
• Once paid, the amount is considered earned and non-refundable.

3 No Refund Scenarios

• Member changes their mind after registration.
• Member finds a match independently.
• Dissatisfaction with suggested profiles.
• Member becomes unreachable or inactive.
• Incorrect or incomplete requirements provided by the member.
• Engagement or Nikah cancellation between parties.
• Account suspension due to policy violations.

4 Plan Upgrade - No Carry Over

If a member upgrades to another plan, previously paid registration fees are not transferable or adjustable toward the upgraded plan.

5 Exceptional Circumstances

• Serious medical emergency of the member.
• Death of the registered member.
• Duplicate payment due to technical or billing errors.
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days with supporting proof.
• NikahNamah's decision shall remain final and binding.

6 Duplicate Payment

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7 How to Request a Refund

• Contact your Relationship Manager via WhatsApp or phone.
• Submit written details with payment reference and reason.
• NikahNamah will review and respond within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

8 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Members should contact NikahNamah before initiating chargebacks.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
• Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated for fraudulent disputes.

9 Governing Terms

This Refund Policy forms part of NikahNamah’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru City courts, Karnataka, India.
