Gold Plan – Terms & Conditions
Plan Name: Gold Plan
Registration Fee: ₹15,000 (Non-refundable and not included in final package)
Final Fees (Payable only after successful match): ₹70,000
Validity: 1 Year
Payment Terms: 50% at the time of engagement, 50% before 2 days of marriage

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We thank you for being the valuable customer of our firm keeping trust with our firm for searching suitable Bride/Groom for your profiles. Insha Allah we pray the almighty to fruitful search for Bride/Groom.
- Registration charges to be paid to get your name registered with our firm as per the status of the client.
- Registration fee is non refundable.
- You have to verify the information about the Bride/Groom in respect to the age, height, educational qualification, Family background etc. in respect of the information we are furnishing the same which was given by the applicant at the time of registration.
- After registration you will be allotted registration member to contact us in all transactions for getting service immediate after settlement of marriage with bride/groom you have to pay to our firm the agreed amount.
- You shall pay 50% the agreed amount at the time of engagement of bride/groom remaining balance shall pay before 2 days of the marriage.
- If any disputes arises after own and after marriage between our subscribers our firm is not responsible for the same will be the risk and peril of their own.
- Our firm is entitled to recover the above said agreed amount from the subscriber through process of court of law if the subscriber fails to pay the above amount, in the case they are responsible for cost and consequences thereof.
- All disputes subject to City Jurisdiction only.
